By accessing or using Eigen (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Eigen provides YouTube thumbnail click-through rate (CTR) predictions using statistical models. Predictions are estimates and should not be relied upon as guarantees of performance. During our model training phase, predictions are based on niche averages and historical patterns.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
New accounts receive a limited number of free prediction credits. Additional credits may be earned by sharing your actual 7-day CTR data or purchased through paid plans. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation at any time.
You retain ownership of thumbnails and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Eigen a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

All CTR predictions are statistical estimates and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Eigen does not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. Actual video performance depends on many factors outside our model’s scope, including title, timing, audience, and YouTube’s recommendation algorithm. You should not make business decisions based solely on Eigen predictions.
The Service, including its design, code, models, and branding, is owned by Eigen and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Eigen’s trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eigen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits are forfeited upon termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
